Please check back here from time to time and make sure you subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates.
Rest assured; we have taken every precaution to keep you and everyone as safe as possible, and provide peace of mind to make the most of your time with us.

SNORKELING & SCUBA DIVING: Please be aware that due to COVID-19 regulations, TradeWinds will NOT provide masks and snorkels. If you wish to snorkel you MUST bring your own mask and snorkel. Fins will be available. We strongly discourage the use of full-face snorkel masks due to the the safety risks they represent to you.
Wanting to Dive? If so, please be aware that as well as NOT providing masks and snorkels, TradeWinds will NOT provide dive regulators. You MUST bring your own dive regulator (this includes first stage, second stage [2 hoses], octopuses, instrument console and all high and low pressure hoses). Fins, Buoyancy control devices (BCD) and weight belts will be available for when diving is permitted. Please remember to pack your dive card and, if over 60, on medication or recovering from COVID-19, your Doctor's note.
In French Polynesia & St Martin, due to French water regulations, SCUBA diving is undertaken and led by a local dive center. Please confirm the destination specific details for equipment available through the local dive center.
REGULATOR SERVICE: All equipment MUST be in good working order as this is your life support system. Generally, regulators need annual checkup/service to keep warranties current and, more importantly, to ensure peak performance and reliability to ensure it will last a lifetime.
MONITORING TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS: Please note that it is your responsibility to monitor travel restrictions, requirements and protocols. To assist you with this we maintain information in the destination section of our website. This includes Country specific travel restrictions, entry requirements and protocols, (e.g. requirements for negative PCR test results and on-line health questionnaires as required for entry into the country) and COVID-19 testing options for return travel if required by your country of origin. Please make sure you read them along with our newsletters for any updates.
Whilst we supply appropriate PPE for our crew and staff, we cannot provide this for you. YOU MUST bring your own washable / re-usable face masks.
You can find up-to-date destination specific COVID-19 protocols under each of our destinations:
